摘要
目的调查北京市朝阳区豆各庄社区冠心病患者二级预防用药依从性及其影响因素。方法纳入冠心病患者320例作为研究对象,应用多因素Logistic回归分析其二级预防用药依从性的独立影响因素。结果本研究320例冠心病患者中有125例(39.06%)二级预防用药依从性欠佳。文化程度、婚姻状态、家庭人均月收入、医疗支付方式及服药种类为冠心病患者二级预防用药依从性的独立影响因素。结论北京市朝阳区豆各庄地区冠心病患者二级预防用药依从性不够理想,文化程度、婚姻状况、家庭人均月收入、医疗支付方式及服药种类为冠心病患者二级预防用药依从性的独立影响因素。
Objective To investigate the compliance of secondary preventive medication and its influencing factors in patients with coronary heart disease in Dougezhuang community of Chaoyang District, Beijing. Methods Three hundred and twenty patients with CHD were included. The independent influencing factors of medication compliance were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression. Results One hundred and twenty-five of 320 CHD patients(39.06%) had poor medication compliance. Education level, marital status, family income, medical payment methods and the type of medication were independent influencing factors of medication compliance. Conclusion The medication compliance of patients in CHD secondary prevention is poor in Dougezhuang Community. Education level, marital status, family income, medical payment methods and the type of medication were independent influencing factors of medication compliance.
