基于光纤测振系统的变压器绕组与铁心耦合振动特性研究 被引量:3

摘要 变压器绕组和铁心的振动决定了油箱振动和变压器整体的声辐射水平。以往研究忽略了因结构连接而引起的铁心和绕组之间的耦合振动,简单地认为铁心和绕组的振动相互独立、互不影响,因而所得结论并不能真实反映变压器内部的实际振动情况。为了全面了解油浸式变压器铁心和绕组的耦合振动特性,文中建立了基于光纤振动加速度传感器的试验平台,对一台三相50 kVA变压器进行了试验研究,获得了内部结构(绕组和夹件)在空载、负载和变负载条件下的振动特性。研究结果表明,变压器空载时,铁心振动向绕组传递引起绕组多频振动,绕组振动幅值大于夹件振动幅值;绕组在洛伦兹力作用下的振动幅值高于铁心夹件,表明绕组振动向铁心传递的能力较弱;内部振动的高频谐波取决于铁心磁通密度,具体表现为振幅随励磁谐波电流幅值的减小而减小。 The vibration of windings and the core determines the tank vibration and the overall noise level of transformers.Previous studies ignored the coupling vibration between the core and winding resulted from structural connection,and the vibration of the core and windings are assumed as independent vibrating sources and do not affect each other.However,such an assumption is too ideal to reflect the actual vibration inside transformers.In order to get a comprehensive understanding of the coupling vibration between the core and winding in oil-immersed transformers,this paper establishes a measurement system based on fiber optic accelerometers.Experiments are conducted on a three-phase 50 kVA transformer under the on-load,load,and the variable-load test,respectively.The results show that,in no-load test,the core vibration transmits to winding and drive windings to vibrate at the same vibrating frequencies as that of the core,but the amplitudes are higher than that of the core vibration.The acceleration of winding driven by Lorentz forces is higher than that of the clamping frame,which demonstrates winding vibration can hardly transmit to the core and result in the core vibration.The harmonics of internal vibration depends on the magnetic flux density inside the core and the acceleration of core decreases with the decrease of the amplitudes of excitation harmonics.
