摘要
随着网购在大学中的普及,快递在大学校园内扮演着越来越重要的角色,随之而来的高校物流问题也越来越严重。高校物流存在的问题主要有快递摆放、服务质量、信息安全和消费者维权等方面的问题,解决这些问题可以采用系统的技术方案,通过组织与协调建立物流超市、配备智能快递自提柜、规范校园包裹服务,设立排号机制和休息区等方式来把学校外部快递公司的发展和学校内部师生的需求有效整合,最终实现1+1大于2的效果。
With the popularity of online shopping in universities, express delivery plays an increasingly important role in the campus, and the logistics problems in universities are more and more serious. The problems of logistics in Colleges and universities mainly include the problems of express delivery placement, service quality, information security and consumer rights protection. To solve these problems, we can adopt systematic technical solutions, and develop the express companies outside the school by organizing and coordinating the establishment of logistics supermarkets, equipping with intelligent express self delivery cabinets, standardizing campus parcel service, and setting up the number arrangement mechanism and rest areas. Effectively integrate with the needs of teachers and students in the school, and finally achieve the effect of 1 + 1 greater than 2.
