摘要
目的分析音乐疗法应用于成人言语失用患者康复治疗中的效果。方法通过随机数表法将80例脑卒中言语失用患者分成两组,对照组与实验组各40例;对照组选择言语康复训练,实验组则在言语康复训练的同时,应用音乐疗法,观察分析临床疗效。结果实验组的治疗总有效率为97.5%,显著高于对照组的55.0%(P<0.05)。两组治疗前的语言运动计划各项评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与治疗前相比,两组治疗后的各项评分均明显提高(P<0.05);而且实验组治疗后的双音节词复述、单音节词复述、拼音字母复述、唱音阶、数数评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在成人言语失用患者康复治疗中,应用音乐疗法能对其言语功能障碍进行显著改善。
Objective To analyze the effect of music therapy on the rehabilitation of adult patients of speech aphasia.Me thods 80 patients with speech aphasia after stroke were divided into two groups by random number table,with 40 in the control group and 40 in the experimental group.The control group was given speech rehabilitation training while the experimental group was given music therapy and speech rehabilitation training to observe and analyze the clinical effect.Re s ults The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.5%,significantly higher than that of the control group 55.0%(P <0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of language and motor program before treatment(P >0.05).Compared with the result before treatment,the scores of the two groups were significantly improved(P <0.05) after treatment.The scores of the retelling of two syllable words,monosyllable word,alphabet,scale and number in the experimental group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05).Conclus ion In the rehabilitation treatment of adult patients of speech aphasia,music therapy can significantly improve their speech dysfunction.
