摘要
目的采集和分析疗养员总数、性别、年龄、级别、疗养类别及在职和健康状况等7项基本数据,为改进和完善疗养保障工作提供依据。方法利用《军队疗养信息系统》收集某疗养机构2009-2018年10年间疗养员7项基本信息,并归纳总结出特点规律。结果 10年间每年疗养员的总数各不相同;男女性别比例基本相同;在职人员的疗养人数呈现逐渐增加的趋势,而离退人员则呈现逐渐减少的趋势,离休人员更为突出;年龄以50~59岁、60~69岁、40~49岁为主体,≤29岁占比增长明显,70~79岁和80岁以上占比减少明显;级别以师团职干部居多,士官疗养人数呈逐渐增加的趋势,其他职级的人员则变化不大;保健疗养的占比呈逐级增加,康复疗养则呈逐级下降,近4年开展了特勤疗养,其每年的占比基本一致;健康状况以健康为多数,所患疾病的前3位依次为高血压、糖尿病和冠心病。结论通过对基本信息变化的对比分析,提出了需要加强特勤疗养学科群培育、加快疗养保障模式转型、加紧疗养保障内容完善、加大疗养配套设施建设力度等发展思路。
Objective To collect and analyze 7 basic data of the total number of convalescents,gender,age,grade,type of convalescents,on-the-job or not and health status,so as to provide basis for improving and perfecting convalescent security work.Me thods 7 basic information items of convalescents in a convalescent institution from 2009 to 2018 were collected by method of the Military Recuperation Information System,and the characteristics and laws were summarized.Re s ults The total number of convalescents varied from year to year in the past 10 years,and the sex ratio is basically the same.The number of on-the-job convalescents increases gradually,while the number of retirees decreases gradually,especially retirees.The age group of 50 ~59,60 ~69,40 ~49 is the main body.The proportion of those under 29 years old increases obviously while the proportion of those of 70 ~79 years old and over 80 years old decreases significantly.The majority of convalescents are military officers of division and league level,with an increase of sergeancy.There is little change among military officers of other ranks.The proportion of health care recuperation increases step by step,while the proportion of rehabilitation recuperation decreases step by step.Recuperation among special forces has been carried out in the past four years,with almost the same proportion every year.The majority of them are healthy.The top three diseases arehypertension,diabetes and coronary heart disease in turn.Conclus ion By comparing and analyzing the changes of basic information,this paper puts forward some ideas for development,such as strengthening the cultivation of subject groups among special service convalescents,speeding up the transformation of the support mode of recuperation,speeding up the improvement of convalescent support content,and strengthening the construction of convalescent supporting facilities.
