摘要
随着经济与科技的不断发展,用电需求量日益增加,配网自动化改造工程也在不断扩大,这就对配网自动化改造工程施工管理工作提出了更高的要求。在此背景下,基于配网自动化改造工程的精益化管理模式应运而生,从而有效提高了配网自动化改造工程施工管理效果。本文将分层浅谈基于配网自动化改造工程的精益化管理方案,并提出个人见解。
