摘要
本文针对静电除尘器的二次电压正常,二次电流过低,且电场无闪络这一故障现象,初步分析其故障现象产生的几种可能性原因,然后分别就可能导致故障现象的各种原因,对静电除尘器电场运行参数产生的影响进行详细分析。通过故障查找的过程,详细介绍了静电除尘器电气故障查找的思路和方法步骤。根据多伊奇公式及除尘器设计参数,计算出静电除尘器的除尘效率。通过比较相同烟气工况下不同集尘面积对除尘效率的影响,确定了燃煤煤种改变造成粉尘浓度变化从而引起故障现象。
Aiming at the normal phenomenon that the secondary voltage of the electrostatic precipitator is normal,the secondary current is too low,and the electric field has no flashover,several possible causes of the fault phenomenon are analyzed,and then the fault phenomenon may be caused separately.The effects of the electric field operating parameters of the electrostatic precipitator are analyzed in detail for various reasons.Through the process of fault finding,the idea and method steps of electrostatic fault finding of electrostatic precipitator are introduced in detail.According to the Dojic formula and the design parameters of the precipitator,the dust removal efficiency of the electrostatic precipitator is calculated.By comparing the effects of different dust collection areas on the dust removal efficiency under the same flue gas condition,the change of dust concentration caused by the change of coal type coal is determined to cause the failure phenomenon.
