摘要
为了实现矿井恒温供热以及热风炉负压控制,减少供热燃料浪费,降低供热劳动作业强度,保证煤矿供热系统稳定性,大同煤矿集团晋华宫矿通过技术研究,分析了传统煤矿供热系统主要存在的问题,提出了在供热系统中应用变频技术。通过实际应用,实现了矿井恒温供热,供热燃料消耗量降低42%,提高了供热系统自动化水平,取得了显著应用成效。
In order to realize the control of mine constant tempera ture heating and negative pressure of hot blast furnace,reduce the waste of heating fuel,reduce the intensity of heating work and ensure the stability of coal mine heating system,through technical research in Jinhuagong Mine of Datong Coal Mine Group,the main existing problems of traditional coal mine heating system are analyzed,and the application of frequency conversion technology in heating system is put forward.The consumption of heating fuel is reduced by 42%,the automation level of heating system is improved,and remarkable application results are obtained.
