摘要
为了解决煤矿生产中留设宽煤柱所带来的资源浪费这一难题,决定采用小煤柱护巷技术以达到节约资源的目的。通过对现场进行试验,提出了6m宽小煤柱护巷支护方案,试验结果表明,通过应用底板混凝土反底拱结合锚注、小煤柱两侧巷帮补强支护以及进行二次喷浆对于维护围岩的整体性以及提高围岩承载能力具有显著效果。
In order to solve the problem of waste of resources cau sed by setting wide coal pillars in coal mine production,decided to adopt small coal pillar roadway protection technology to achieve the purpose of saving resources.Through field tests,the supporting scheme of roadway protection with 6 m wide small coal pillars is put forward.The test results show that the application of floor concrete reverse bottom arch combined with bolting and grouting,the reinforcement support of roadways on both sides of small coal pillars and secondary grouting have significant effects on maintaining the integrity of surrounding rock and improving the bearing capacity of surrounding rock.
