摘要
国内投产的某F型燃气轮机组历次C、T、M检查中发现尾筒出口密封烧损严重,为节约成本,改善性能,结合多年运行与检修经验,针对这一难题进行了燃机燃烧器尾筒出口密封延寿研究,取得了良好的效果。为我国燃气轮机高温部件国产化奠定了基础,同时对国内相同或相似型号燃机零部件延寿研究具有很好的借鉴作用。
This paper takes a F-type gas turbine unit put into production in China as the research object.Through the previous C,T and M inspections,it is found that the tail tube outlet seal is seriously burnt,in order to save cost,improve performance,break the monopoly of foreign industry,combined with many years of operation and With the experience of maintenance,the research on the sealing and life extension of the burner exit of the gas turbine burner was carried out for this problem,and good results were obtained.It lays a foundation for the localization of high-temperature components of gas turbines in China,and has a good reference for the study of the life extension of the same or similar models of gas turbines in China.
