摘要
分析急诊宫外孕救治中采取针对性急救和护理的要点。选取2018年1月—12月间我科收治的60例急诊宫外孕患者为研究对象,按照收治时间的先后,将其分为对照组及观察组各30例。对照组采取常规急救及护理措施,观察组采取针对性急救及护理措施,分析两组患者护理前后的疼痛程度以及护理满意度。护理后,两组患者的疼痛程度均有所降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组的护理满意度为83.3%,观察组的护理满意度为96.6%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。急诊宫外孕治疗中采取针对性的急救和护理措施可明显提高其治疗效果,具有临床推广价值。
To analyze the key points of emergency first aid and nursing in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy, 60 cases of emergency ectopic pregnancy patients admitted to our department from January to December 2018 were selected as research objects. According to the treatment time, they were divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group. The control group took routine first aid and nursing measures, while observation group took targeted first aid and nursing measures. The pain course before and after nursing care was analyzed. After nursing, the degree of pain in two groups decreased, and observation group was better than control group (P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of control group was 83.3%, and that of observation group was 96.6%. There was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Targeted first aid and nursing measures in treatment of emergency ectopic pregnancy can obviously improve therapeutic effect, and have clinical popularization value.
