摘要
师德师风是评价教师队伍素质的第一标准。今年是师德师风建设年,加强师德师风建设是贯彻党的教育方针、政策,落实立德树人根本任务的关键。思想政治理论课教师承担着铸魂育人的重要使命,要始终坚持以德立身、以德立学、以德施教、以德育德。笔者认为,新时代思想政治理论课教师应从坚定信念、自律修身、严谨治学、守正创新四个方面着力,涵育高尚师德,提升师能,当好青年学生的引路人。
Teachers’professional ethics and virtues are the most essential indicator for evaluating the quality of teaching staff.As this year marks the year of enhancing teachers’professional ethics and virtues,the key for us to implementing education policies and guidelines of our Party and to fulfilling our fundamental task of cultivating students’morality and integrity,naturally,lies in our greater efforts in fostering teachers’professional ethics and virtues.Ideological and political theory teachers shoulder the significant mission of fostering the spirit and morality of students,and they should adhere to the principle of being a pure-heart teacher,pursuing studies,imparting knowledge and cultivating students’morality with virtues throughout their teaching cause.The author holds that an ideological and political theory teacher in the new era should focus his/her efforts on four aspects:firm faith,self-discipline,rigorous scholarship,keeping integrity and creativity.In the real practice,an ideological and political theory teacher should not only cultivate lofty ethics,but also improve his/her teaching abilities and skills,so as to be a good guide for youth students on their road of life.
