摘要
习近平新时代教育发展战略重要论述是立足时代之基、回答时代之问的伟大科学的教育理论。习近平总书记以中国特色社会主义建设进入新时代为大背景,立足于新时代社会主要矛盾的发展变化,立足于当下纷繁复杂、变幻莫测的国际形势,在教育发展战略地位、战略目标、战略措施等方面提出了许多新的论断,彰显了方向性、时代性、人民性和实践性的鲜明特点。
