摘要
[目的/意义]大数据浪潮极大改变了情报工作环境,海量信息与决策者及情报人员有限认知资源的矛盾日益突出。研究美军指挥官关键信息需求,将为我国各领域关键情报工作的构建与实施提供新的思路与工具,以更好应对新时代的信息冗余问题。[方法/过程]通过搜集整理学界及美军对该领域的研究资料,全面梳理该理念的基本概念、内容体系、发展脉络、优缺点及对我国各情报领域工作的启示意义。[结果/结论]美军指挥官关键信息需求从情报理念、工作方式、管理手段、服务对象和制度优势等方面为关键情报工作提供了一种经过实践检验、科学可行的方案,并且可以很好地拓展应用到学界、商界等各领域的相关情报工作之中。[局限]该理论发端于美国军事情报领域,在我国各领域的借鉴应用中,还需更具针对性的发展完善。
[Purpose/significance] The wave of big data has greatly changed the environment of intelligence work,and the contradiction between massive information and limited cognitive resources of decision makers and intelligence personnel has become increasingly prominent.Study the commander’s critical information requirements of US military,and provide new ideas and tools for the construction and implementation of key intelligence work in various fields in China to better cope with the information redundancy problem in the new era.[Method/process] By collecting and sorting out the research materials of the academic circles and the US military in this field,the basic concepts,content systems,development grain,advantages and disadvantages and enlightenment significance of the concept are comprehensively combed.[Result/conclusion] The commander’s critical information requirements of US military provide a practical,scientifically feasible solution for key intelligence work in terms of intelligence concepts,working methods,management methods,service objects and institutional advantages,and can be effectively expanded and applied to relevant intelligence work in various fields such as academics and business circles.[Limitations] This theory originated in the field of military intelligence in the United States,in the application of various fields in China,it needs more targeted development and improvement.
