摘要
针对甲醇制丙烯催化剂再生时需要补充大量新鲜氮气及再生废气直接放空等问题,进行了甲醇制丙烯反应器催化剂再生系统工艺的改造及优化:增加了再生气循环利用管线,将MTO反应器出口部分再生废气重新循环回反应器参与再生,并对相关工艺路线及参数进行调整。改造后催化剂再生时间由原来的7 d降至5.5 d,再生气量为原来的2~3倍,并节约了新鲜氮气用量。
With reference to the problems during methanol to propylene catalyst regeneration,such as requiring large number of fresh nitrogen and direct venting of regeneration waste gas,process renovation and optimization was carried out for the methanol to propylene reactor regeneration system.The regeneration recycling line was added to recycle the waste gas of MTO reactor outlet back to the reactor for regeneration,and relevant process routes and parameters were adjusted.After renovation,the catalyst regeneration time was reduced from the original 7 d down to 5.5 d,regenerated gas volume was 2-3 times of the original volume,and fresh nitrogen consumption was saved.
