摘要
新常态下,技术创新与金融支持的深度融合会加快经济动能转换,带动社会资源重新配置。首先分析金融支持与技术创新之间相互作用机理,其次基于动态耦合模型,通过对2002~2017年中国“金融支持-技术创新”系统的动态耦合协调演化过程实证分析,认为两者关系分为快速上升及平稳上升两个阶段,整个系统从濒临失调向中度协调发展,从而实现经济增长动力转换,最后提出相关建议以促进科技创新与金融支持的有效协同。
Under the new normal,the deep integration of technological innovation and financial support will accelerate the transformation of economic kinetic energy and promote the reconfiguration of social resources.Firstly,the interaction mechanism between financial support and technological innovation will be analyzed.Secondly,based on the dynamic coupling model,through the empirical analysis of the dynamic coupling and coordination evolution process of China's“financial support-technical innovation”system from 2002 to 2017,the relationship between the two is divided into rapid rising and steady rising stage.In the two stages of rising and steadily rising,the whole system has developed from near-disordered to moderately coordinated,thus the transformation of economic growth momentum will be realized,and finally relevant suggestions will be put forward to promote effective synergy between scientific and technological innovation and financial support.
