摘要
新时代江苏省提升城乡居民的获得感是实现全省人民追求美好生活的重要指标。探究这一问题,应根据习近平关于获得感的系列讲话文本和新时代中国特色社会主义建设实践,以马克思主义辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义为基础,分析获得感的理论基础和现实依据。江苏省城乡居民获得感的提升既依托于江苏省的发展实力,也受到江苏省发展状况的制约,区域发展不平衡、政府财政投入分配不均、农村资本处于劣势、社会保障制度和法律体系不健全都影响着城乡居民的获得感提升。分析江苏省时势,针对以上问题提出可行性的战略选择,为江苏省制定民生政策提供有益参考。
In the new era,improving the sense of access of urban and rural residents in Jiangsu Province is an important indicator to realize the people's pursuit of a better life.To explore this issue,we should analyze the theoretical basis and realistic basis of the sense of acquisition based on Xi Jinping's series of speeches on the sense of acquisition and the practice of building socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,based on Marx's dialectical materialism and historical materialism.The promotion of the sense of activity of urban and rural residents in Jiangsu Province is not only based on the development strength of Jiangsu Province,but also restricted by the development situation of Jiangsu Province.The imbalance of regional development,the uneven distribution of government financial investment,the disadvantage of rural capital,the imperfection of social security system and legal system all affect the improvement of the sense of access of urban and rural residents.Based on the analysis of the current situation in Jiangsu Province,this paper puts forward feasible strategic options for the above issues,which provides useful reference for the formulation of livelihood policies in Jiangsu Province.
