抗Yo抗体阳性的副肿瘤性小脑变性1例

摘要 神经系统副肿瘤神经综合征(paraneopstic neurological syndrome,PNS)是一组由于肿瘤产生的“远隔”效应导致的神经系统损害的症候群,一般是由抗神经元的特异性自身抗体介导。副肿瘤性小脑变性(paraneopstic cerebellar degeneration,PCD)是一种罕见的神经系统副肿瘤综合征[1]。抗Yo抗体阳性的副肿瘤性小脑变性主要见于女性PCD患者,多数患者有卵巢癌、乳腺癌、膀胱癌[2-3]。Hasadsri有研究表明抗Yo抗体与肺癌关系不密切,但也有相关报道[4]。副肿瘤性小脑变性是以亚急性小脑性共济失调或亚急性小脑变性为主要表现的副肿瘤神经综合征[5]。
