摘要
文章旨在探讨日粮添加玉米油对狗肠道养分表观消化系数及粪便特性的影响。本研究进行两个试验。在试验一中选择8只健康的成年犬,评估日粮添加不同水平(4、8和12%)玉米油替代家禽脂肪对养分表观消化系数、日粮代谢能和粪便特性的影响。试验二采用随机试验设计,对9只成年犬用含有玉米或家禽脂肪作为脂肪来源的饲粮替代92%含有牛油的基础饲粮中营养物质的表观消化系数进行评估。结果显示:日粮添加不同水平的玉米油或家禽脂肪对干物质、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、总能表观消化系数和代谢能含量均无显著影响(P>0.05)。日粮玉米油添加水平及玉米油组和对照组对粪便评分、pH、氨氮、干物质含量和粪便产量的影响均无显著差异(P>0.05)。日粮添加玉米油和家禽脂肪对狗干物质、粗脂肪表观消化系数及代谢能含量均无显著影响(P>0.05)。但玉米油组较家禽脂肪组有提高总能表观消化系数的趋势(P=0.09)。对照组较玉米油和家禽脂肪组显著提高粪便排泄量(P<0.05)。结论:含有玉米油的狗粮与含有家禽脂肪的狗粮具有相似的养分消化系数。玉米油易消化,很容易被狗接受。日粮添加不同水平的玉米油对成年犬粪便特征无显著影响,这些结果表明玉米油可以作为狗粮的脂肪来源。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of corn oil on coefficients of total tract apparent digestibility and fecal characteristics in dogs.Two experiments were carried out in this study.In experiment 1,8 healthy adult dogs were selected to evaluate the effects of different dietary levels(4,8 and 12%)of corn oil in place of poultry fat on nutrient apparent digestibility,dietary metabolic energy and fecal characteristics.In experiment 2,a randomized trial design was used to evaluate the apparent digestibility of nutrients in 92%of the base diet containing butter,replaced by a diet containing corn or poultry fat as a source of fat in 9 adult dogs.The results showed that the addition of corn oil or poultry fat had no significant effect on dry matter,crude protein,crude fat,coefficients of total tract apparent digestibility and metabolic energy(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the dietary corn oil addition level and the influence of corn oil group and control group on fecal score,pH value,ammonia nitrogen,dry matter content and fecal yield(P>0.05).The dietary addition of corn oil and poultry fat had no significant effect on dry matter,coefficients of total tract apparent digestibility of crude fat and metabolic energy content in dogs(P>0.05).However,compared with the poultry fat group,the corn oil group showed a tendency to increase the coefficients of total tract apparent digestibility(P=0.09).Compared with corn oil and poultry fat group,feces excretion in the control group was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:dog food containing corn oil has similar nutrient digestibility as dog food containing poultry fat.Corn oil is digestible and easily accepted by dogs.The dietary addition of corn oil at different levels had no significant effect on the fecal characteristics of adult dogs.These results suggest that corn oil can be used as a fat source for dog food.
