摘要
陇东是甘肃省煤炭、石油资源富集的地区,其平凉市是甘肃省“两翼齐飞”战略的东翼市之一。建设陇东新型能源化工基地,既是更好地发挥区位、资源、产业优势,实现可持续发展的根本途径,又是以区域资源优势为载体,推动经济发展方式转变和结构调整,促进经济循环发展的重要战略举措。面对国际国内急剧变化的经济形势,国家对宏观经济政策进行重大调整,适时出台了促进经济增长的一系列措施,这为陇东发展能源产业带来了前所未有的机遇。加快建设陇东能源基地,是一项光荣而艰巨的任务,面临的机遇前所未有,面对的挑战也前所未有。
Longdong is an area rich in coal and petroleum resources in Gansu Province,and Pingliang City is one of the eastern flanks of Gansu Province's"two wings fly together"strategy.The construction of Longdong new energy and chemical industry base is not only the fundamental way to give full play to the advantages of location,resources and industry and realize sustainable development,but also an important strategic measure to promote the transformation of economic development mode and structural adjustment,and promote the development of economic cycle by taking the advantages of regional resources as the carrier.Faced with the rapidly changing economic situation at home and abroad,the state has made major adjustments to macroeconomic policies and timely introduced a series of measures to promote economic growth,which has brought unprecedented opportunities for the development of energy industry in Longdong.Speeding up the construction of Longdong Energy Base is a glorious and arduous task,it faces unprecedented opportunities and challenges.
