摘要
结合某黄金冶炼厂的生产工艺,“酸化法+SO2-空气法”处理氰化贫液中试试验工艺参数研究及经济分析表明,采用“酸化法+SO2-空气法”相结合的工艺处理氰化贫液,不但可回收贫液中的氰化钠,而且可使处理后贫液外排出水总氰达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)一级标准。在设计合理、操作规范的条件下,“酸化法+SO2-空气法”是一种安全、可靠的处理方法,同时回收的氰化钠完全可回用于氰化浸金生产,能取得了良好的经济效益和环境效益。
Combined with the production process of a gold smelter,the pilot test process parameter and economic analysis of Acidification+SO2-Air treatment of cyanide barren solution shows this process not only can recover the sodium cyanide,but also can make the total cyanide discharged from the treated solution reach the primary level of"Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard"(GB8978—1996).This treatment method is safe and reliable under the conditions of reasonable design and standard operation.Meanwhile,the recovered sodium cyanide can be used in the production of cyanide leaching gold which can obtain economic and environmental benefits.
