摘要
北京密云县十里堡镇双并村北侧居住项目地下空间防水设计采用1.5 mm厚丁基橡塑防水涂料+1.5 mm厚丁基橡塑防水卷材,伸缩缝、施工缝、后浇带等节点部位采用缝不漏建筑止水材料。系统介绍了该防水构造的特点、选材、施工和细部节点处理方法。
The underground space waterproof design of a residential project on the north side of Shuangbin Village,Shilibao Town,Miyun County uses 1.5 mm thick butyl rubber waterproof coating+1.5 mm thick butyl rubber waterproofing membrane.Expansion joint,construction joint,post-casting belt and other joint parts use seam-tight building water stop material.This paper systematically introduces the characteristics of the waterproof structure,material selection,construction and detailed node processing methods.
