不同秸秆掺量页岩烧结多孔砖的工业化生产探析

摘要 农作物秸秆热值高、烧失量大,烧结过程中可充当内燃料,利用秸秆材料这一优良特性,结合现有页岩烧结多孔砖生产工艺,将秸秆原料分别以质量占比0、2%、4%、6%、8%五组不同掺量与页岩、煤矸石等其他原料按配比混合后,进行秸秆页岩烧结多孔砖研制,并工业化生产了不同秸秆掺量的秸秆页岩烧结多孔砖,进而研究分析秸秆页岩烧结多孔砖工业化生产的最佳秸秆掺量,为后续秸秆页岩烧结多孔砖的量产提供参考。 Crop straw has high calorific value,high burning loss and can be used as internal combustion fuel in sintering process.Based on the excellent characteristics of straw material and the existing production technology of shale sintered porous brick,five groups of straw raw materials were mixed with shale,coal gangue and other raw materials according to the mass ratio of 0,2%,4%,6%and 8%,respectively,and then the straw shale sintered porous brick was developed.In the production enterprise,different straw shale sintered porous brick with different straw content was prepared,and then the classification was explored.The optimum amount of straw in industrial production of straw shale sintered porous brick is analyzed,which can provide reference for subsequent production of straw shale sintered porous brick.
