摘要
目的探讨基于三维质量结构模式为指导的持续质量改进在乳腺外科PICC导管安全管理中的应用。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月于本院乳腺外科行PICC置管的患者40例为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组。对照组实施常规护理管理,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于三维质量结构模式为指导的持续质量改进,比较两组患者对各项护理质量评分及PICC相关并发症的发生情况。结果观察组患者对各项护理质量评分优于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组PICC并发症发生情况低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论在乳腺外科PICC导管安全管理中应用基于三维质量结构的持续质量改进,可提高乳腺外科整体安全管理质量,减少PICC导管相关并发症发生,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application of continuous quality improvement based on 3D quality structure model in the safety management of breast surgical with PICC catheter. Methods To select 40 cases of patients with PICC catheterization in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 as a study object. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was subjected to routine nursing management.The observation group implemented continuous quality improvement based on the 3D quality structure model on the basis of the control group. The scores of nursing quality and PICC-related complications were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of nursing quality in the observation group were better than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The incidence of PICC complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of continuous quality improvement based on 3D quality structure model in the safety management of breast surgical with PICC catheters could improve the overall safety management quality of breast surgery and reduce the occurrence of PICC catheter-related complications,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
