摘要
目的探讨经无创正压通气(NIPPV)治疗的慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者生活质量的影响因素分析及护理对策。方法回顾性分析本院2017年3-12月收治的需要进行NIPPV治疗的COPD患者86例资料,对影响NIPPV治疗COPD患者生活质量的因素进行分析。结果多元线性回归分析显示,营养指标、NIPPV治疗频率、肺康复锻炼及肺功能分级是影响生活质量的独立因素(P <0. 05)。结论影响NIPPV治疗COPD患者生活质量的因素较多,在护理中应对以上因素进行重点监护。多学科合作护理模式可以提高患者的生活质量,促进其尽早康复。
Objective To explore the influencing factors and nursing strategies of quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases( COPD) treated with non-invasive positive pressure ventilation( NIPPV). Methods A retrospective analysis of 86 cases of COPD patients requiring NIPPV treatment from March to December 2017 in our hospital was conducted to analyze the factors affecting the quality of life of patients with COPD treated with NIPPV. Results Multiple linear regression analysis showed that nutrition infex,NIPPV treatment frequency,pulmonary rehabilitation exercise and lung function grading were independent factors affecting quality of life( P < 0. 05). Conclusion There were many factors influencing the quality of life of patients with COPD treated with NIPPV. In the nursing,the above factors should be monitored. A multidisciplinary cooperative nursing model could improve the quality of life of patients and promote their early recovery.
