摘要
阐述了智能变电站继电保护装置打印功能的重要性,列举国网宁夏电力公司检修公司智能变电站保护小室继电保护装置打印方面存在的问题,即智能变电站继电保护小室内不同厂家的保护装置打印协议不一致,无法在继电保护小室内部署一台公用网络打印机进行打印工作。基于此,介绍了一种新型的智能变电站基于以太网的打印转换终端,通过该打印转换终端,转换不同厂家保护装置通过以太网IEC 61850规约发出的打印请求。在智能变电站每个继电保护小室安装一台与所有继电保护装置连接的打印转换终端,再通过打印转换终端所连接的公用网络针式打印机,完成本小室内各继电保护装置不同需求的打印任务,满足智能变电站日常检修的需要。
This paper mainly expounds the importance of the printing function of the relay protection devices in intelligent substations,and enumerates some problems in the printing of the relay protection devices in the relay protection rooms of the intelligent substations of Maintenance Company of State Grid Ningxia Electric Power Company,that is,the printing protocols of the protection devices of the different manufacturers in the relay rooms are not consistent.It is impossible to deploy a public network printer in the relay protection room for printing.Based on this,a new type of intelligent substation based on Ethernet printing conversion ter minal is introduced.Through the printing conversion ter minal,print requests of protection devices of different manufacturers sent through the Ethernet IEC61850 protocol are converted.In each relay protection room of the intelligent substation,a printing conversion ter minal connected to all relay protection devices is installed,and then through the common network stylus printer connected to the ter minal,the printing tasks of different requirements of various relay protection devices in the relay protection room are completed to meet the needs of daily maintenance of the intelligent substations.
