航空导线绝缘层隐性缺陷红外在线诊断方法

摘要 通过热状态模型分析,认为导线的额定稳定温升受实际电流热负荷、绝缘层性能等影响,其导线绝缘层破损等隐性缺陷引起的表面散热系数及散热表面积的变化;在额定工作电流作用下,针对隐性缺陷程度的不同,进行在线实验;通过红外热像仪对隐性缺陷部位提取“热”信息,形成温度谱,其在一定程度上反映了不同程度的隐性缺陷部位的热力特征及差异性;对装机阶段导线隐性故障的主动预防与在线诊断具有一定的借鉴意义。 By analyzing the thermal state model of aerospace wire performance degradation mechanism,it thinks local thermal stress is the common cause of dominant fault,stable temperature rating of the wire and the working current value caused by heat load,the performance of thermal conductivity of insulation materials and associated cooling path,the wiring way is practical factors that affect coefficient of heat transfer and the cooling surface area of.By analyzing the infrared characteristics of wiring mode under different thermal loads,the method of determining its thermal state by obtaining the surface temperature spectrum is proposed.The relatively stable temperature rise and overflow rate are taken as evaluation indexes,which can describe the sensitivity of laying mode to thermal factor in detail and realize quantitative evaluation.
