摘要
陕西与中亚各国交往历史悠久,拥有便利的地缘优势、相近的文化共性、深厚的情感基因等有利条件,这为彼此的文化交流提供了很好的合作平台。我国实施“一带一路”倡议又给陕西提供了难得的发展机遇。目前,陕西与中亚各国文化交流合作取得了不少成绩,但在机制协调、文化传播、互联互通、旅游开发与差异化发展等方面还面临一些挑战与问题。陕西应构建有效的协调机制,推进文化教育交流,调整对外传播策略,挖掘丝路文化遗产,加强旅游往来与合作,助推陕西文化走出去。
Shaanxi has a long history of contacts with Central Asian countries.It possess favorable geographical advantages,similar cultural commonalities,profound emotional genes,and other favorable conditions,which provide a good platform for mutual cultural exchanges.The implementation of“The Belt and Road”initiative in China has brought a rare development opportunities to Shaanxi.At present,there have been many achievements in cultural exchanges and cooperation between Shaanxi and Central Asian countries,but there are still some challenges and problems in terms of mechanism coordination,cultural communication,interconnection,tourism development,and differentiated development.Shaanxi should establish an effective coordination mechanism,promote cultural and educational exchanges,adjust external communication strategies,tap Silk Road cultural heritage,and strengthen tourism exchanges and cooperation so as to promote Shaanxi culture to go global.
