摘要
在高炉正常生产中,减压阀组故障是影响高炉生产的最常见的故障,降低减压阀组的故障率是确保高炉高效生产的可靠方法。文章通过分析气动长行程执行机构的结构和总结以往出现的故障来确定故障产生的主要原因,针对问题的主要原因,提出气缸全行程密封性的检测方法和严寒地带的使用方法,确保了减压阀组的稳定运行。
In the normal production of blast furnace,the failure of pressure reducing valve group is the most common fault affecting the production of blast furnace.Reducing the failure rate of pressure reducing valve group is a reliable method to ensure the high efficiency of blast furnace production.By analyzing the structure of pneumatic long-stroke actuator and summarizing the previous faults,the main causes of the faults were determined.Aiming at the main causes of the problem,the testing method of cylinder with full stroke sealed and the use of method in cold zone were put forward to ensure the stable operation of pressure relief valve group.
