摘要
随着社会的不断进步,人民生活水平的提升,网络信息环境的多元化,出现了一系列新问题,青少年犯罪问题逐渐成为了社会焦点。通过对青少年犯罪的认识,从经济、家庭、学校、流浪儿童问题以及社会环境五个方面分析南疆青少年犯罪问题,提出相应的预防措施。南疆作为我国向西开放的桥头堡,是“一带一路”的枢纽结合部,维护该地区的稳定是我国经济战略实施的基础。如何正确认识和看待南疆的青少年犯罪问题,提出有效的预防措施,对于社会稳定和长治久安有着重要的作用。
With the continuous advancement of society,people s living standards,and the diversification of the network information environment,a series of new problems have emerged,and the issue of juvenile delinquency has gradually become the focus of society.Through the understanding of juvenile delinquency,the paper analyzes the problem of juvenile delinquency in Southern Xinjiang from five aspects:economy,family,school,street children and social environment,and proposes corresponding preventive measures.South Xinjiang is the hub of the“Belt and Road”where has significant meaning in maintaining social stability.It is also of great importance to correctly understand and treat the problem of juvenile delinquency in southern Xinjiang and put forward effective preventive measures.
