摘要
为培养出实战型计算机取证人才,应从知识、能力、素质三个方面分析网络安全与执法专业人才的培养目标。在对山西警察学院网络安全与执法专业培养“实战型计算机取证与执法人才”方面的实践和探索进行总结和分析的基础上,提出“围绕人才培养这一根本目标,做好实战型计算机取证与执法人才培养的五项质量提升工程”的人才培养模式。通过分析,论证所提出的计算机取证人才培养模式,有助于推进计算机取证与执法人才培养工作逐步走上科学化、法制化、规范化的发展轨道。
In order to cultivate practical computer forensics talents,this paper first analyzes the training objectives of network security and law enforcement professionals from three aspects:knowledge,ability and quality.Secondly,take the network security and law enforcement major of Shanxi Police College as example,this paper summarizes and analyzes the practice and exploration of law enforcement talents,and puts forward the talent cultivation mode of“five quality improvement projects around the fundamental goal of talent training and good practice of computer forensics and law enforcement personnel training”.Through analysis,it demonstrates the training mode of computer forensics talents proposed in this paper,which helps to promote the development of computer forensics and law enforcement professionals to gradually embark on the development track of scientific,legal and standardized.
