摘要
为探析三明烟区翠碧一号烟叶不同部位、色组烟叶表面颜色特征,以2018年审定的基准样品为原料,采用L^*a^*b^*颜色空间表征方法对表面颜色进行量化分析。结果表明,三明烟区翠碧一号烟叶表面颜色特征参数的空间分布特征为:明度(L^*)以下部柠檬黄最高,上部橘黄最低;红度(a^*)以上部橘黄最高,下部柠檬黄最低;黄度(b^*)以中部橘黄最高,上部橘黄最低;饱和度(C^*)以中部橘黄较高,上部橘黄较低。各等级表面颜色特征参数均较集中,变异系数均较小,为0.11%~4.51%,其中柠檬黄色组的变异程度大于橘黄色组。除饱和度(C^*)外,三明烟区翠碧一号相同部位、不同色组烟叶表面颜色指标均存在显著差异。不同部位橘黄色组均具有较高的红度(a^*)、较低的明度(L^*)。三明烟区翠碧一号橘黄色组不同部位间表面颜色指标均存在一定的差异,随着烤烟部位的上升,红度(a^*)逐渐升高,明度(L^*)、黄度(b^*)和饱和度(C^*)均先升再降。柠檬黄色组不同部位间表面颜色指标除了颜色饱和度(C^*)外,均存在一定的差异;随着烤烟部位的上升,红度(a^*)逐渐升高,明度(L^*)和黄度(b^*)均逐渐降低。
In order to analyze the surface color characteristics of Cuibi No.1 in different parts and color groups in Sanming Tobacco Area,the quantitative analysis was made on surface colors by L^*a^*b^*color space characterization method based on the benchmark samples approved in 2018.The results showed that the spatial distribution characteristics of color characteristic parameters of tobacco leaf surface of Cuibi No.1 in Sanming Tobacco Area were as follows:As for the brightness(L^*),the lemon yellow in the lower part was the highest,and the orange in the upper part was the lowest.As for the redness(a^*),the orange yellow in the upper part was the highest,the lemon yellow in the lower part was the lowest.As for yellowness(b^*),the orange yellow in the middle was the highest,the orange yellow in the upper part was lowest.As for saturation(C^*),the orange yellow in the middle part was relatively high and the orange in the upper part was relatively low.The surface color characteristic parameters of each grade were relatively concentrated,and the coefficients of variation were relatively small,ranging from 0.11%to 4.51%.The variation of the lemon yellow group was greater than that of the orange group.Except saturation(C^*),there were significant differences in the surface color indicators of the same parts and different color groups of Cuibi No.1 in Sanming Tobacco Area.In addition,the orange yellow groups in different parts had relatively high redness(a^*)and low brightness(L^*).There were some differences in the surface color indicators between different parts of the orange yellow group of Cuibi No.1 in Sanming Tobacco Area.As the flue-cured tobacco part rose,the redness(a^*)gradually increased,and the mean values of lightness(L^*),yellowness(b^*)and saturation(C^*)rose first and then fell.Except color saturation(C^*),there were some differences in surface color indicators between different parts of the lemon yellow groups.As the flue-cured tobacco part rose,the redness(a^*)gradually increased,and the mean values of light
