摘要
为了解文昌鸡的生长性能和肉用性状,试验选取90日龄文昌鸡公、母各30只,测定其体尺指标和屠宰性能,并进行体尺指标与屠宰性能的相关性分析。结果表明,文昌鸡公鸡的体尺指标明显高于母鸡;文昌鸡的屠宰性能良好,脂肪沉积能力强;文昌鸡公、母鸡活重、屠体重、全净膛重和半净膛重均分别与体斜长和龙骨长呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。
In order to study the growth performance and meat characteristics of Wenchang chicken,30 male and 30 female 90-day-old Wenchang chicken were selected to determine body size indices and slaughter performance.And the correlation between body size indices and slaughter performance was analyzed.The results showed that the body size indices of cocks were significantly higher than those of hens.Wenchang cocks had good slaughter performance and strong fat deposition ability.The live weight,slaughter weight,total eviscerated weight and semi-eviscerated weight of Wenchang cocks and hens were positively correlated with body oblique length and keel length,respectively(P<0.01).
