摘要
三餐黑麦一号是以黑小麦76号为母本、石4185为父本,通过人工杂交选育而成的黑小麦新品种。其营养品质高,子粒中硒、镁、铁、锌和锰含量分别为201.20μg/kg、1350.00 mg/kg、43.30 mg/kg、44.10 mg/kg和37.49 mg/kg;加工品质好,属于强筋小麦,其中,粗蛋白质(干基)含量15.6%,湿面筋含量32.1%,吸水量647 mL/kg,形成时间6.7 min,稳定时间12.8 min,拉伸能量63 cm^2,最大拉伸阻力288 EU,容重802 g/L;农艺性状好,2 a省级区域试验平均产量为7707.0 kg/hm^2。
Sancanheimai No.1 is a new black kernel wheat variety,which was derived from black kernel wheat No.76(female parent)×Shi 4185(male parent)through artificial hybridization.The nutritional quality of Sancanheimai No.1 was high.The contents of selenium,magnesium,iron,zinc and manganese in grains were 201.20μg/kg,1350.00 mg/kg,43.30 mg/kg,44.10 mg/kg and 37.49 mg/kg,respectively.Its processing quality was good,belonging to the strong gluten wheat.The content of crude protein(dry base)of Sancanheimai No.1 was 15.6%,the content of wet gluten was 32.1%,the water absorption was 647 mL/kg,the formation time was 6.7 min,the stability time was 12.8 min,the tensile energy was 63 cm^2,the maximum tensile resistance was 288 EU,the bulk density was 802 g/L.The agronomic traits of Sancanheimai No.1 were good.The average yield of 2-year provincial regional experiments was 7707.0 kg/hm^2.
