摘要
[目的/意义]旨在为我国公共图书馆服务发展与创新提供参考。[方法/过程]首先阐述了国内外公共图书馆研究现状,然后,以中国社会科学引文索引数据库(CSSCI)为数据来源,检索1998—2018年该领域期刊论文,提取关键词并进行清洗、分类编码,构建服务内容-年份共现矩阵和网络,分析我国公共图书馆服务内容发展变化特征和趋势。[结果/结论]20多年来,我国公共图书馆服务内容不断变化,依据出现时间和频次可分为基础性重要服务、阶段性重要服务和阶段性一般服务;服务内容发展具有受时代背景、技术应用和服务理念驱动的特征;未来公共图书馆服务发展将更具时代性、均等化、社会化和个性化。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide references for development and innovation of public library service in China.[Method/process]The paper firstly expounds the status quo of public library research at home and abroad,then,takes the Citation Index Database of China Social Science(CSSCI)as data source,retrieves the journal articles in this field in 1998-2018,extracts the keywords and carries out the cleaning and sorting coding,constructs the service content-year co-occurrence matrix and network,and analyzes the characteristics and trends of service content development of public libraries in China.[Result/conclusion]For more than 20 years,the service content of public library in our country has been constantly changing,which can be divided into basic important service,phased important service and phased general service according to the time and frequency of appearance.The development of service content is driven by background of the times,application of technology and concept of service.In the future,the development of public library service will be more contemporary,equal,socialized and individualized.
