0.5%氨基寡糖素水剂对北方设施育苗西瓜幼苗生长发育的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为促进北方西甜瓜集约化育苗产业的发展,开展了不同浓度0.5%氨基寡糖素水剂处理对西瓜幼苗生长发育影响的研究。结果表明:稀释1000倍的0.5%氨基寡糖素水剂处理西瓜幼苗的株高、茎粗、最大叶面积、地上部分鲜重、地上部分干重、根长、根干重、根鲜重、壮苗指数平均值达到最高,分别比对照提高21.85%、26.92%、82.14%、31.67%、32.65%、10.59%、9.77%、18.26%和27.21%。稀释1000倍的0.5%氨基寡糖素水剂处理表现较好,有利于北方设施育苗期期间西瓜幼苗生长,有效防止徒长。 In order to promote the development of intensive seedling industry of northern watermelon,we studied the effect of different concentrations of amino oligosaccharide water agent on the growth of watermelon seedlings in this research.The results showed that the average values of plant height,stem diameter,maximum leaf area,fresh weight of aboveground part,dry weight of aboveground part,root length,dry weight of root,fresh weight of root and strong seedling index of watermelon seedlings treated with 0.5%amino oligosaccharide aqueous solution diluted 1000 times reach the highest,which were respectively increased by 21.85%,26.92%,82.14%,31.67%,32.65%,10.59%,9.77%,18.26%and 27.21%compared with the control.After comprehensive analysis of various indicators,the treatment of diluted 1,000 times showed the best performance that was beneficial for seedling growth during the seedling period and prevented excessive growth effectively.
