摘要
现有铝型材生产过程中产生的高温烟气直接或者经除尘系统处理后排放,造成燃气的大量浪费,且高温烟气除尘成本高昂。基于铝型材生产线温度梯级特点,开发一种铝型材生产线余热阶梯综合利用系统,将生产线上游高温炉排出的高温烟气中的余热分配到下游各低温炉中,使每个炉的余热能为下游炉充分利用。在佛山某铝业公司的实际运行效果表明,该系统可大幅降低气耗,节能约30%。
The high temperature flue gas produced in the production line of existing aluminum profiles is discharged directly or after the treatment of dust removal system,which wastes a large amount of gas,and requires high-cost dust removal system for high temperature flue gas.Based on the characteristics of temperature cascade in aluminum profile production line,this paper develops a system for the comprehensive use of the flue gas energy in the production line.The system distributes the waste heat of high temperature flue gas from upstream high temperature furnaces to downstream low temperature furnaces,so that the waste heat of each upstream furnace can be fully utilized for downstream furnaces.The actual operation results in an aluminum factory in Foshan show that the system can reduce gas consumption and save nearly 30%energy.
