摘要
根据公差设计函数,基于CATIAV5软件参数化建模,结合VBA编程,实现尺寸链的高效准确自动计算,可大大缩短复杂尺寸链计算所需的时间。本文所采用的方法,可实现尺寸链自动计算、计算结果自动输出、支持后期尺寸链的管理、自动更新及指导尺寸公差的优化设计。
Base on tolerancing function equation,CATIA parameterize design and VBA program to make the tolerancing design automatically,so that can make complicated tolerancing design easier.According to the calculate method which is used in this paper,we can calculate the tolerancing automatically,output the result to Excel,manage the tolerancing design,update and optimize the tolerancing design.
