硫酸体系中磷石膏净化增白的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 工业磷石膏杂质含量高,白度较低,直接影响其应用。本文利用硫酸溶液处理磷石膏,通过单因素实验和正交实验对常压酸化工艺进行优化,得到常压酸化法的最佳工艺条件为:固液比1∶25、反应温度80℃、搅拌反应时间5min、硫酸溶液浓度3mol·L^-1,白度值由33.5%提高到79.0%,长径比为90.00,大大提高了磷石膏的白度,具有广泛的实际用途。 Industrial phosphogypsum had high impurity content and low whiteness,which directly affected its application.In this paper,phosphogypsum was treated with sulphuric acid solution.Through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment the optimum process conditions of atmospheric acidification were obtained as followed:solid-liquid ratio was 1:25,reaction temperature was 80℃,stirring reaction time was 5 minutes,concentration of sulphuric acid solution was 3 mol/L,whiteness value increased from 33.5%to 79.0%,length-diameter ratio was 90.00.It greatly improved the whiteness of phosphogypsum and had a wide range of practical uses.
