摘要
目的:研究心理护理与疼痛护理联合用于宫颈癌患者围手术期护理中对其睡眠质量的改善效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年1月宁津县中医院收治的择其行手术宫颈癌患者60例作为研究对象,按照护理方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用围手术期实施常规护理,观察组联合实施心理与疼痛护理,比较护理结果。结果:护理后,观察组患者的VSA评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组患者各项睡眠质量评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心理与疼痛护理联合应用于宫颈癌患者围手术期护理中可有效改善患者的睡眠质量,值得推广。
Objective:To study the effect of psychological nursing and pain nursing on the improvement of sleep quality in perioperative nursing of patients with cervical cancer.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,60 cases of cervical cancer patients were selected for surgical treatment in our hospital.30 cases of routine nursing during perioperative period were set as group A,and 30 cases of combined psychological and pain nursing were set as group B,and the nursing results were compared.Results:After nursing,the VSA score of group B was significantly lower than that of group A(P<0.05),and the sleep quality scores of group B were significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined application of psychological and pain nursing in perioperative nursing of patients with cervical cancer can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients,it is worth promoting.
