摘要
职称是高校人才评价的“指挥棒”,深化职称制度改革是当前高校面对的普遍“课题”。本研究运用Logistic回归模型对影响地方高校教师职称晋升的因素进行量化分析,根据量化结果提出高校职称评审和管理制度改革应回归学术评价、回归教学本位、去行政化和避免学缘同系繁殖的建议。
Professional title is the"baton"of talent evaluation in university.Deepening the reform of professional titles system is a"subject"for university at present.This study uses the logistic regression model to analyze the sample.According to the analysis results,the paper puts forward the reform of the professional title evaluation system and management system for university:returning to academic evaluation and teaching standard,de-administration and avoiding homologous breeding.
