摘要
海藻多酚是海藻次级代谢产物,具有多种生物学活性,能够为人体所吸收和利用,所以海藻多酚成为了现阶段海洋活性物质研究的一个重点。就海藻多酚功能性作用机制以及其应用做分析,旨在为实践提供指导和帮助。
seaweed polyphenols are secondary metabolites of seaweed,which have protective effect on seaweed itself.It is found that seaweed polyphenols have a variety of biological activities and can be absorbed and utilized by human body,so seaweed polyphenols have become a focus of marine active substances at this stage.From the point of view of the specific utilization of seaweed polyphenols,in order to really apply them and daily life,they need to go through many processes,such as extraction,separation and purification,and any mistakes in the process will have an impact on the activity of seaweed polyphenols,so it has a significant effect on the extraction process analysis of seaweed polyphenols.In short,it is necessary to give full play to seaweed polyphenols.The value of seaweed polyphenols needs a comprehensive understanding of its functional role,so this paper analyzes the functional mechanism of seaweed polyphenols and its application,in order to provide guidance and help for practice.
