摘要
针对煤基乙醇汽油对汽油油路系统的腐蚀问题,采用正交试验得到优化的煤基乙醇汽油缓蚀剂配方InhCEG,参照GB 5096-2017标准中6.1.3的方法和火焰原子吸收光度法,评价了其对铜片的缓蚀效果;采用等温吸附模型及电化学极化曲线研究了Inh-CEG的吸附机理及缓蚀机理。结果表明:缓蚀剂Inh-CEG在煤基乙醇强化腐蚀介质体系和煤基乙醇汽油强化腐蚀介质体系中对铜片的缓蚀率均达到85%以上,且添加Inh-CEG的煤基乙醇汽油强化腐蚀介质体系中的铜含量远远低于生物质乙醇汽油体系中的铜含量,说明该缓蚀剂具有良好的缓蚀效果;在等温等压条件下,Inh-CEG分子能自发地吸附在铜表面形成单分子吸附,而且Inh-CEG分子在铜片表面的吸附符合Langmuir吸附模型,是物理吸附和化学吸附共同作用的结果;在煤基乙醇汽油强化腐蚀介质体系中,Inh-CEG属阴极型缓蚀剂。
In view of corrosion problem of coal-based ethanol gasoline to automobile oil system,the optimized formulation of coal-based ethanol gasoline inhibitor Inh-CEG was obtained by orthogonal test.The corrosion inhibition effect of the inhibitor to copper was evaluated referring to the method in 6.1.3 of GB 5096-2017 and flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The adsorption mechanism and inhibition mechanism of Inh-CEG were studied by isothermal adsorption model and electrochemical polarization curve.The results show that the inhibition efficiency of Inh-CEG in coal-based ethanol enhanced corrosion medium system and coal-based ethanol gasoline enhanced corrosion medium system was more than 85%,and the copper content in the coal-based ethanol gasoline enhanced corrosion medium system added with Inh-CEG was much lower than that in biomass ethanol gasoline system,which indicated that the inhibitor had a good corrosion inhibition effect.Under the isothermal and isobaric conditions,InhCEG molecules could spontaneously adsorb on copper surface to form monolayer adsorption,and the adsorption of Inh-CEG molecules on copper surface conformed to Langmuir adsorption model,which was the result of physical adsorption and chemical adsorption.Inh-CEG was a cathodic corrosion inhibitor in coal-based ethanol gasoline enhanced corrosion medium system.
