摘要
简要介绍目前德兴铜矿泗洲选矿厂二期清水泵站现状。详细介绍水泵变频调速控制方式原理、如何实现电动闸阀远程控制、自动化检测仪表选型、PLC控制系统设计、视频监控系统的设置。通过一系列的改进实现现场及远程切换控制电动闸阀的开启与关闭、高位水池恒液位调节、现场及远程控制水泵的开启与关闭、视频监控水泵及厂房出入口状况,达到减员增效,节能降耗的目的。
This paper briefly introduces the current situation of Qingshui pump station in Sizhou concentrator of Dexing Copper Mine.This paper introduces the principle of variable frequency speed control mode of water pump in detail,such as how to realize remote control of electric gate valve,selection of automatic detection instrument,design of PLC control system and setting of video monitoring system.Through a series of improvements,the on-site and remote switching control of the opening and closing of the electric gate valve,the constant liquid level adjustment of the high-level water tank,the on-site and remote control of the opening and closing of the water pump,and the video monitoring of the conditions at the entrance and exit of the water pump and the factory building are realized,so as to achieve the purposes of downsizing,increasing efficiency,saving energy and reducing consumption.
