内河航道施工期环境监测技术规范研究

摘要 针对内河航道建设项目施工期存在的监测点位布设不合理、监测指标设定不全面、监测频率设计不科学等问题,在施工期监测方案制定过程中引进动态化设计理念,明确施工期环境监测方案制定方法、监测点位、监测因子和监测频次等重点内容,增加了水质生态环境监测指标,提升了施工期环境监测方案的可操作性。 In view of the unreasonable layout of monitoring points, incomplete setting of monitoring indicators and unscienti fic design of monitoring frequency during the construction period of inland waterway construction projects, the concept of dynamic design was introduced in the formulation of monitoring scheme during the construction period of inland waterway, and the construction was clari fied. The key contents of environmental monitoring plan formulation method, monitoring points, monitoring factors and monitoring frequency have increased water quality and ecological environment monitoring indicators, improved the operability of environmental monitoring plan during construction period.
