基于知识图谱的国内体育观众心理研究

摘要 通过知识图谱可视化软件CitaSpace V,以中国知网(CNKI)数据库收录的1987-2018年间与体育观众心理研究相关的432篇文献为研究对象,对我国体育观众心理研究进行探讨。研究表明,国内体育观众心理的研究热点主要为观众暴力、观众忠诚度、观众满意度、观众观赛动机、观众消费行为;研究的演进脉络主要从体育观众心理类型的透视、分类到观众暴力、骚乱、攻击性行为的心理过程分析,进一步过渡到观众消费心理和观赛动机以及对观众观赛满意度、忠诚度、认同度等精神心理层面的研究;未来对体育观众心理的研究应该从整体层面进行理论建构,采用质性和量化结合的方法对不同社会群体、社会阶层的观众进行具体化的心理研究。 Through the knowledge map visualization software CitaspaceV,with the Chinese Knowledge Network(CNKI)database included in the 1987-2018 years and sports spectator psychological research related to 432 documents as the research object,the psychological research of sports spectator in China is discussed.The research shows that the research hotspots of domestic sports spectator psychology mainly include spectator violence,loyalty,satisfaction,viewing motivation,and consumption behavior.The evolution of research is mainly from the perspective of psychological types of sports spectator,classification to spectator violence,riots,offensive behavior of psychological process analysis,further transition to spectator consumption psychology and viewing motivation as well as spectator satisfaction,loyalty,recognition and other spiritual and psychological aspects of the study.In the future,the study of sports spectator psychology should be constructed theoretically from the perspective,and the qualitative and quantitative methods should be used to concretize the psychological research of different social groups and social stratum spectator.
