摘要
患者男,52岁。右手背数个紫红色疱6天,有明确的病羊接触史。皮肤科检查:患者右手背可见数个黄豆大小紫红色丘疹、脓疱,质地软,无压痛,中央有脐凹,边界清,无破溃、出血。组织病理学检查:表皮细胞内及细胞间水肿、空泡化,可见网状变性及表皮内多房性水疱。真皮乳头层水肿,浅层有炎细胞浸润,可见血管增生和扩张。诊断羊痘。
A 52-year-old male presented several purple red blister on the back of the right hand for six days,who had contact history of sick sheep. Dermatological examination showed several purplish red papules and pustules in soybean size on the back of the patient’s right hand,with soft texture and no tenderness,umbilical concave in the center,clear boundary and no ulceration or bleeding. Histopathology showed edema and vacuolation in epidermal cells and between cells,reticular degeneration and multilocular blisters, dermal papilla layer edema, superficial inflammatory cell infiltration,together with vascular hyperplasia and expansion. Diagnosis: sheep pox.
