摘要
城市黑臭水体治理是当前污染防治攻坚战的标志性战役之一。本文分析了江苏省在推进城市黑臭水体整治工作中的政策部署、统筹组织、具体措施等方面的实践工作,并就城市黑臭水体治理工作实施中的要点提出了一些思考,以期为今后进一步改善城市水环境的相关工作提供参考。
Treatment of black and odorous(B&O)water body in urban area is part of the critical fight of pollution prevention and control.This paper analyzes the policy,organization and measures for promoting the treatment of B&O water body in urban area in Jiangsu,and provided some thinking on how to carry out the B&O water body treatment in order to offer some reference for the related work on further improvement of water environment.
