摘要
重视人才培养模式的改革创新是国外一流大学培养出大批杰出本科人才的关键。常春藤大学一流本科人才培养模式的共同特点是:强调异质多元的生源结构类型,激发问题意识的新生研讨形式,促进成长发展的学术顾问体系,注重思维培养的写作训练模式,基于研究项目的科研育人理念,保障学术规范的荣誉准则制度,突出"三全"教育的住宿学院模式,加强国际视野的海外经历训练。这对于我国当前本科人才培养模式改革具有重要的启示。
Concern to the cultivation mode reform and innovation is the key to cultivating a large number of outstanding undergraduates in world-class universities. There’re such common characteristics of the cultivation modes in the Ivy League as: emphasizing the heterogeneous and diverse source of students, inspiring the problem consciousness through the freshman seminar, promoting the academic advisory system for growth and development, and focusing on thinking training by writing, holding the idea of cultivation based on research projects, establishing the honorary standards and systems for academic norms, highlighting the mode of residential colleges with "whole process, full staff and full content" education, and strengthening overseas experience training for international perspectives. They are of important implications for China undergraduate cultivation mode reform.
