摘要
研究如何生成均衡的汽车整车主生产计划,均衡有助于减少生产浪费、平衡工人负荷、减少设备故障和产品库存等。为达到全面的均衡性,不仅仅要保证每种产品每期产量尽量接近目标产量,还要保证在任何时间窗口的产量,都应尽可能接近该产品在该窗口内的总目标产量。提出了求解此问题的一个混合整数规划模型,和一个构造式求解算法,通过实际案例,证明了模型和算法都能够求到高质量的均衡解,但算法的求解效率显著高于模型。
In order to generate a balanced automotive master production schedule,it is not enough to just ensure that the output of each product in each period is as close to the target output as possible.Instead one must ensure the output within any time window as close to the target output as possible.A mixed integer programming model and a constructive algorithm are proposed to solve this problem.Through practical cases,it is showed that both the model and the algorithm can provide the high quality solution,but the efficiency of the algorithm is significantly higher than that of the model.
